Our Warm Story

Our Mission is Simple: Bake Happy, Share Warmth.

Sunshine Bakes started inside Clara's warm home kitchen with a single vintage Dutch oven and a heavily guarded 100-year-old sourdough starter. Neighbors began tracking the mouth-watering aromas down the block, and before we knew it, Clara was baking 50 loaves of artisan bread daily.

Today, our neighborhood brick-and-mortar retains that exact same cozy home spirit. We don’t cut corners, we don’t buy pre-made fillings, and we never compromise on quality. Every wild raspberry is cooked in-house, and every croissant is patiently hand-laminated to absolute flake perfection.
